By accessing or using ContxtFlow — including the Chrome extension, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ContxtFlow, or 16 years old if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA). By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

ContxtFlow provides a Chrome extension and web application that extract page context from your browser and send it to ContxtFlow servers, which forward it to AI language models via third-party inference providers (currently OpenRouter). The Service also includes a web dashboard for account management, usage tracking, preferences, data export, and saved conversation management.

AI responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. ContxtFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

ContxtFlow facilitates access to AI language models provided by third parties. All AI-generated content — including text, code, summaries, and any other outputs — is produced entirely by third-party AI models, not by ContxtFlow.

ContxtFlow is not responsible for AI-generated content. We do not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any content generated by AI models through the Service.

AI-generated content may:

• Be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or entirely fabricated
• Contain errors, biases, or outdated information
• Not be suitable for professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other specific use
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties

You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and deciding how to use any AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice or independent judgment.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. We currently support sign-in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only maintain one account. If we discover duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to merge or remove them. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and must not impersonate any other person.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or third-party systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or attempt to derive source code
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Your content: You retain all rights to the content you provide to the Service, including text extracted from web pages and prompts sent to AI models. ContxtFlow does not claim ownership of your content.

Our service: The ContxtFlow name, logo, website, extension code, design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of ContxtFlow. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

AI outputs: Outputs generated by AI models through the Service are subject to the terms of the respective AI providers. ContxtFlow makes no claim of ownership over AI-generated content.

The Service integrates with third-party providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

OpenRouter

AI model inference provider. Your prompts and context are forwarded from ContxtFlow servers to OpenRouter for processing. See OpenRouter Terms.

Google OAuth

Used for account authentication. See Google Terms of Service.

ContxtFlow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

ContxtFlow currently offers a free tier. Paid subscription plans will be introduced in the future. When paid plans become available:

• Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

Certain features have plan-based limits (e.g., free accounts are limited to 3 saved chats). Paid plans include a monthly usage budget for AI requests — when the budget is exhausted, access to premium models is restricted until the next billing period. These limits may change as plans evolve.

Specific pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you subscribe to any paid plan.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContxtFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, ContxtFlow shall not be liable for any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to decisions made based on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI outputs.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ContxtFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through a prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
